on small gear there is only need center hole 6H7 and thread M6 for fix screw

Centering of drill, one of the teeth must face upwards

At first mill a recesses and then made thread M6 for fix screw

shortening the large gear on lathe

centering of tube "voditko" by preparation tool on "X" and "Y" axis and fix mill table

at first centering drill, then sequentially larger diameters up to 13mm, last thread M14x1
